Satterlee Stephens Partners' Jennifer Philbrick McArdle and Charles J. Keeley recently presented a continuing legal educational session entitled Risks Associated with a Mobile In-House Legal Workforce,  hosted by the Westchester/Southern Connecticut chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel at the office of IBM.  The presentation focused on the risks and obligations of practicing in multiple jurisdictions and issues involving conflicts of interest.  Ms. McArdle and Mr. Keeley took questions from the audience regarding ethical dilemmas facing in-house counsel, and shared guidance from the American Bar Association’s Model Rules of Ethical Conduct and various ethics and judicial opinions.
