Mr. Baird concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets matters, banking, commercial contracts and corporate governance. He earned his undergraduate degree (A.B.) from Princeton University, his master of business administration (M.B.A.) from Villanova University, and his law degree (J.D.) from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a James Kent Scholar and an articles editor of the Columbia Business Law Review.
Mr. Cabin’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He has experience in areas including securities, corporate governance, M&A, media law and contract disputes. Mr. Cabin received his law degree (J.D.) from Columbia University School of Law where he was a James Kent and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an editor of the Columbia Law Review. Mr. Cabin received his undergraduate degree (B.A.) cum laude from the University of Rochester.
