Thomas Scot Wolinetz is an associate at Satterlee Stephens LLP.
He concentrates his practice in the area of corporate law with a focus on corporate and finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and finance and corporate governance. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wolinetz was an associate at a prominent Manhattan law firm and a Legal Intern at the New York office of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement.
Mr. Wolinetz is admitted to practice in New York, Florida, Connecticut and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; Southern District of Florida; and the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Wolinetz earned his undergraduate degree (B.A.) from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and his law degree (J.D.) cum laude from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Scholar and the Business and Technology editor of the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal.
