Nathan D. Grow

Nathan D. Grow is an associate at Satterlee Stephens LLP and concentrates his practice in immigration law.  He represents companies seeking to acquire temporary work permits or permanent resident status for foreign employees.  He also assists individuals in connection with immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters and naturalization.  He is fluent in Spanish, and has represented clients from various Latin American countries.

Mr. Grow also has experience in bankruptcy and restructuring matters as well as real estate and corporate finance transactions.  He previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Peter J. Walsh, former Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Mr. Grow is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Mr. Grow earned his law degree (J.D.) from Columbia University School of Law where he was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and his undergraduate degree (B.A.) magna cum laude from Brigham Young University in Provo Utah.
