Maya Linderman is an associate at Satterlee Stephens LLP.
Ms. Linderman’s practice focuses primarily on U.S. federal income tax matters. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York, where her clients included private equity and hedge fund sponsors, private and public companies engaged in M&A, reorganization, and financing transactions, and tax exempt organizations. Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Ms. Linderman clerked for the Honorable David Laro at the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Linderman received both her J.D. and her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. During her LL.M., she was an NYU Tax Policy Fellow at the United States Department of the Treasury, Office of the Tax Legislative Counsel. Ms. Linderman received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Brandeis University. She is admitted in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
