Alanna B. Newman practices in the areas of commercial litigation and intellectual property law. Ms. Newman focuses her practice primarily on litigation, investigations, and providing advice in a variety of complex commercial matters, including intellectual property disputes and matters involving trademark and copyright.
Ms. Newman is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an Articles Editor for the Journal of Constitutional Law, and a summa cum laude graduate of Cornell University.
Ms. Newman served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kiyo A. Matsumoto in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
